My son and I run our dairy operation as a family business and as such have to be careful what we purchase and how we purchase. We were approached by Arkaya in May 2017 with a product to save us money, give reliable hot water at 85 degrees and remove the necessity to what seemed a constant replacement of the heating element in our old tank and the cost associated with it.
